Yes, we have the same practice except for express service.
I have always received complementary courtesy car during any service and repair with Vantage Automotive Ltd, am I entitled to the benefit?
No. We do not offer any complimentary courtesy car during service and repair. You can, however, opt for our leasing services, at a chargeable fee.
I have complimentary contactless delivery for every Vantage Automotive Ltd service, am I entitled to the same benefit?
No. We do not offer any complimentary contactless delivery service. You can, however, opt for it during your service booking, at a chargeable fee.
I have Service Credits/Parts & Lifestyle Vouchers with Vantage Automotive, am I able to use them at Cycle & Carriage premises?

How do I make a service appointment with your Authorised Service Centres?
How is Express Service different from normal servicing? Do I need to pay more?
Express Service ensures a turnover time of within 1 hour, excluding complementary car wash. Express Service is available at 239 Alexandra Service Centre at no additional charges.

I have an appointment booked for tomorrow. Can I send my vehicle this evening after office hours?
Yes, you can drop off your vehicle at our Authorised Service Centre after our operating hours. All you have to do is fill out our Drop & Go form at the security guard post, park your vehicle at our premise, and hand over the key and form to the security guard.
What is the available payment mode(s) available at your Authorised Service Centres?
We have multiple payment modes available, including cash, NETS, PayNow (UEN), QR code and Credit Card (Visa, Masters, Amex, Google/Apple Pay, and PayWave).
Do you provide any shuttle service to the nearest MRT stations?
Yes, we provide complimentary Shuttle Services to Queenstown MRT at the following times: 8:30am, 9:00am, 9.30am, 10am, and 10:30am.
How do I know if my car is ready for collection after servicing?
Our Customer Service Advisor will update you on an estimated collection time during your servicing consultation.
What is the latest time I must collect my vehicle from your Authorised Service Centre?
During and after normal operating hours with payment made (if applicable).
