Our Founding Story
Although we are now Singapore's leading pre-owned car dealer, our beginnings were humble. Our founders started trading their first cars in 1986. A few years later, they became the authorised dealers of Proton and Mercedes-Benz vehicles in Singapore.
The business continued to grow, and in 2009, we moved our showroom to Cycle & Carriage Auto Hub. Located at Pandan Gardens, this 3,000sqm mega-showroom provides the widest range of pre-owned vehicles in Singapore. Within the same complex is our own Service Centre, Body & Paint Centre and Vehicle Grooming Centre - all designed to meet the various needs of our customers. And to provide a truly comprehensive range of offerings, there are additional after-sales services available.
Republic Auto is now a member of the Jardine Cycle & Carriage Group, which has business interests across Southeast Asia and retails new Mercedes-Benz, Citroén, Mitsubishi and Kia vehicles locally.
