In light of the COVID-19 virus outbreak and worldwide regulations on social distancing to reduce community spread, Kia Motors Corporation (KMC) has launched the Kia Promise Program to ensure that your health and safety is not compromised during this difficult period.
This program applies to cars with Kia warranties that expire from 1 February 2020 to 1 June 2020. Due to the recent circuit breaker measures in Singapore, we understand that you are unable to send in your car to any of our Kia Authorised Service Centres by the end of your car's warranty period. In the event that your car requires any repair within the warranty period, please email our Customer Assistance Centre at CustomerAssistanceCentre@cyclecarriage.com.sg. KMC will extend the repair period till 30 June 2020. Terms and conditions apply*.
