Citroën Warranty

All Citroën vehicles have undergone stringent pre-delivery processes and checks to ensure your vehicle is delivered in pristine condition.

Passenger Vehicles (ICE/HEV/PHEV)

  • For Citroën passenger vehicles registered from 2014, your new vehicle is covered against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 5 years or 100,000km from date of registration (whichever comes first).
  • For Citroën passenger vehicles registered from 2019, they come with a 5-year warranty, subject to a maximum mileage of 200,000km from date of registration (whichever comes first). Upon expiry of the vehicle’s factory warranty at the end of the 3rd year or 100,000km (whichever comes first) from the date of registration, Cycle & Carriage undertakes an additional 2 years and 100,000km of the vehicles’ warranty (not applicable for commercial use / private hire purposes, which is limited to only 3yrs/100,000km whichever comes first), stretching to a total of 5 years or 200,000km (whichever comes first).
  • Should you wish to continue the warranty coverage for passenger vehicles after the 5th year, we have the Citroën Protector Program that provides coverage for an additional 1-year or 25,000km (whichever comes first) and 2-years or 50,000km (whichever comes first) at affordable rates.
