The Centre of Competence certification, conferred by Mercedes-Benz Group AG, involves a stringent evaluation on the Mercedes-Benz workshop equipment for both body repair and paint areas, auxiliary material, repair process, quality of workforce and administration practices. The certification assures customers that their vehicles are restored up to global standards set by Mercedes-Benz.
Cycle & Carriage is proud to receive the certification for two of our service centres in 2018. Both Mercedes-Benz Body Care & Paint Centre in Pandan Loop, Singapore, and Batu Caves, Malaysia, achieved a perfect score of 100%, marking them as among the highest-ranking Mercedes-Benz service centres globally.
Our Johor Bahru and Bukit Tengah facilities having achieved the certification in 2017, the Batu Caves outlet becomes Cycle & Carriage Bintang’s third Centre of Competence in Malaysia. This means we now have the largest Centre of Competence network in Malaysia, with certified facilities in both the northern and southern regions as well as the Klang Valley. In Singapore, we are currently the only certified Mercedes-Benz Body Care & Paint Centre.
